TOWARDS MIXED REALITY ARCHITECTURE
Physical-Virtual Blended Retail Store Experience
SUNIDHI NAIK
Project Description
Sunidhi's project Towards Mixed Reality Architecture presents a futuristic design for a retail store environment that blends physical materials, objects and architectural elements with their virtual counterparts to create a blended spatial experience. This blend creates a unique spatial experience, tailored specifically to the architecture of this room. This work forms part of a larger research which investigates the role of the built environment inside mixed reality (MR) experiences and formulates design methods, techniques and concepts for a Context-Specific Design approach. The findings of this research be can used for creating more of such architectural environments.
